In an ever-changing world of seasons, people and places, it is a comfort to find truth that never changes.

The truth to which we hold, is the Word of God. His Word, The Holy Bible, is the "only" ABSOLUTE TRUTH. God's Word is always the same, a constant, and reveals the principals and high standards of the personal character and nature of God, as well as, the character and standards Christ desires for His people.

The Bible is our road map and treasure chest. At Greeley Missionary Baptist Church, our teachings, values and principals are founded upon God's Word. We stand on the firm foundation, which is Jesus Christ, The Rock.

"For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ."
1 Corinthians 3:11

As the pastor of Greeley Missionary Baptist Church, I and my family have committed to the Lord Jesus Christ and to this church, our love and leadership. God has placed them into my care and charged me accountable for the manner in which I lead. The Lord reminds me from His Word of that responsibility. John 10:11-15, "I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep." Jesus set forth the pattern for this pastor to follow. I pray that I will not stray to the right or to the left, but will "rightly divide" the Word of God, that those who attend here might grow spiritually and that together, we might please our Lord. Keep my family and me in your prayers.
